• Global Talent as a Solution (TaaS) → Ongoing fee of 30% of the employee’s monthly salary, covering contracts, compliance, and payroll.
  Example: For the same $2,000/month role, our fee is $600/month, making the total $2,600/month.

No! There are no deposits or hidden fees. You pay only once you’ve successfully hired the talent.

It depends on the service you choose:

• Global Talent Match → You pay your employee directly each month and manage payroll yourself. Payments can be made through platforms like Wise or global payroll providers such as Deel or Remote.com. We’ll guide you through the setup and can even help you unlock special discounts with these providers.

   

• Global Talent as a Solution (TaaS) → You receive one simple monthly invoice from us. We take care of payroll, compliance, and salary transfers to your employee, so you can focus on running your business.
